Nick obtained his Honours Bachelors of Arts from the University of Toronto. While working towards his degree, Nick worked part-time as a court reporter in provincial criminal and family courts in Ontario. There he gained valuable first-hand experience in courtroom procedure and in dealing with family law matters. He learned about effective courtroom tactics and how to resolve disputes efficiently. 

Nick obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria, where he developed his exceptional legal research and writing skills. During his articles, he gained significant experience in family, estate, and commercial litigation. Nick has appeared in the Provincial Court and the Supreme Court of British Columbia. At the Supreme Court level, Nick has successfully argued and won on key issues in family law including spousal support, child support, and property division. He also has experience dealing with wills variation claims and other estate disputes. 

In his practice, Nick brings a client-focused and competitive mindset to the table. Nick is focused on helping every client get the most out of the legal system. Nick finds his success in being thorough, providing clear communication, and developing long-term plans in legal matters to ensure you always know what to expect next. When not at work, Nick enjoys fencing competitively, golfing, and “enjoys” watching the Vancouver Canucks
